SCOPE AND APPLICATION OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY
This Privacy Policy applies to Ufunnetwork, including any services related with Ufunnetwork that incorporates this Privacy Policy by reference. Those Ufunnetwork services may have further privacy-related terms that you must agree to if you use those services.
This Privacy Policy is incorporated into and forms part of the Ufunnetwork Terms of Service that you have agreed to in order to use Ufunnetwork. Any terms used in this Privacy Policy will have the same meaning as the equivalent defined terms in the Ufunnetwork Terms of Service, unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy or the context requires otherwise. Please note that this Privacy Policy does not apply to Information collected: (a) through any services other than Ufunnetwork; (b) through any third party services (including any third party websites) that you may access through Ufunnetwork; or (c) by other companies and organisations who advertise their services on Ufunnetwork.
If you are using Ufunnetwork on behalf of a company, partnership, association, government or other organisation (your "Organisation"), you agree to notify your Organisation's relevant individual owners, shareholders, directors, officers, managers, employees and other relevant individuals whose Personal Information we collect or you provide to us from time to time ("Connected Persons") of the collection of their Personal Information, and you agree to obtain your Connected Persons' consent to the processing of their Personal Information in accordance with this Privacy Policy as required by applicable laws and regulations. Where throughout this Privacy Policy we refer to "you" or "your", this applies to the Personal Information of Connected Persons.
THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT
In providing Ufunnetwork Applications, we collect, store and use the following Information relating to you:
"Information" is Personal Information and Non-Personal Information;
"Personal Information" is any information or combination of information that relates to you or a Connected Person, and can be used to identify you or a Connected Person. We set out examples of Personal Information (and how we collect such Personal Information) in the "How we collect Information via Ufunnetwork Applications" section below.
"Contact List" is used for sharing bluetooth keys to friends in the list. It will not be reported to the server.
"Location Data" is information that we collect regarding your location (when you use a location-enabled service), including:
the location of your device when you use Ufunnetwork Applications, such as from the GPS, WiFi, compass, accelerometer or other sensors in your mobile device;
the IP address of the device or internet service you use to access Ufunnetwork Applications; and
other information made available by you or others that gives an indication as to where you are or have been located, such as account information that indicates where you are located, and Shared Information that you or others post which indicates your location (for example, any geotag information that is embedded in any photos you make available on Ufunnetwork Applications or that is made available to us when you use the Ufunnetwork Applications "Shake" or "People Nearby" functions).
"Log Data" is technical information that is automatically collected by us when you use Ufunnetwork Applications, whether through the use of cookies, web beacons, log files, scripts and ETags (as explained in more detail in the "Tracking Technologies" section below) or otherwise, including:
technical information, such as your mobile carrier-related information, configuration information made available by your web browser or other programs you use to access Ufunnetwork Applications, your IP address and your device’s version and identification number;
information about what you have searched for and looked at while using Ufunnetwork Applications, such as web search terms used, social media profiles visited and details of other information and content accessed or requested by you in using Ufunnetwork Applications;
information about communications you have made using Ufunnetwork Applications, such as the people you’ve communicated with and the time, data and duration of your communications; and
metadata, which means information related to items you have made available through Ufunnetwork Applications, such as the date, time or location that a shared photograph or video was taken or posted.
"Non-Personal Information" is any information that relates to you but from which it is not reasonably practicable to directly or indirectly identify you, including Personal Information in aggregated, anonymised or pseudonymised form.
"Shared Information" is information about you or relating to you that is voluntarily shared on Ufunnetwork Applications. Shared Information may include postings that you make on Ufunnetwork Applications (including your public profile, the lists you create, and photos, videos and voice recordings as accessed with your prior consent through your device’s camera and/or microphone sensor), any postings from others that you re-post and Location Data and Log Data associated with such postings. Shared Information also includes information about you (including Location Data and Log Data) that others who are using Ufunnetwork Applications share about you.
HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
Ufunnetwork is committed to deliver a relevant and useful experience to you. To that end we may use your personal information to:
- Provide the Service to you, such as allow access or delivery and process or fulfill an order or transaction;
- Offer you customized content and individualized personalization of the Service to make it more relevant to your interests and geography;
- Enhance and improve the Service, such as add new content and features;
- Notify you about changes or updates and provide you with special offers, promotions, surveys and other information related to the Service;
- Deliver in-Service advertisements and related promotional campaigns relevant to your interests;
- Provide you with technical, product and other support and help to keep the Service working, safe and secure; and
- Identify, analyze and evaluate usage, including for the purposes of research, audits, reporting and paying royalties and license fees to third-party content providers.
We may also use your personal information to:
